Complete the 20/20 Challenge in 2 ways.

Online: record and upload your 20 min (date stamped) workouts or join our LIVE online workouts. When you upload or join your first 20 workouts in 20 days you will be eligible for a Fit 20 Prize! (see below)

Register for FREE and you will receive a welcome email with a password to access the Members Only section of the site for your workouts, quick challenges and recipes.
